A Storytelling Episode Part II with Sandra Bargman: Anger and The Reluctant Leader with Special Guest Amy Lynn Durham

In today’s episode, join host Sandra Bargman and Amy Lynn Durham for part II chatting about anger, leadership, and storytelling. Sandra shares her personal journey of discovering and confronting her own anger, which she had been socialized to suppress as a young woman. They discuss how ignoring anger in girls can lead to poor mental and physical health outcomes, and how Sandra has learned to embrace her anger as an agent for change rather than a roadblock to leadership.
